The name Ape Machine, is a nod to the days of reel-to-reel recording, and captures the heady mix of animal aggression and technical precision in the music. The band set forth with a mission that includes intense melody, cutting riffs and a steady diet of live improvisation that separates the men from the boys. Where many bands rely on meticulously rehearsed, just-like-the-record-parts, Ape Machine provides an experience that is as unique as each evening it shares with an audience.
